Environmental Stewardship
Commencing our commitment to the environment, we’ve established an ESG Steering Group and achieved accreditation for our Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). Additionally, we’ve enriched our surroundings by planting wildflowers at our Head Office and introduced Cardboard and Polystyrene Compactors to minimse landfill waste. We have also removed bins from individual employees’ desks and introduced separate general waste and recycling bins throughout our offices.

Governance is a crucial aspect of ESG, as it provides a framework for assessing leadership practices and policies, whilst ensuring the business manages and acts responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. Governance evaluates the effectiveness of the leadership teams with policies, procedures, and controls in place to enable best practice and decision making, in addition to demonstrating transparency for stakeholders.  Robust controls, transparency, accountability, and ethical behaviour, allows ASL to operate successfully for the benefit of the stakeholders, employees, customers and wider society.
